Fab Lab Frosinone participates in the Erasmus+ program with an international mobility project dedicated to training in digital skills, digital fabrication, and sustainability. The aim is to create concrete opportunities for exchange and growth for students, makers, educators, and professionals, fostering the transfer of skills among European organizations.

Through job shadowing and co-creative workshops, participants have the opportunity to visit Fab Labs, makerspaces, and innovation centers across Europe, explore new technological approaches, and deepen their knowledge of topics such as the circular economy, rapid prototyping, and sustainable design.

The project seeks to build an international collaboration network, promoting the culture of “making” as a tool for inclusion, innovation, and local development. All expenses are covered by the Erasmus+ program, making the experience accessible to all selected participants.

A bridge between tradition and innovation, with people and their skills at the core.

Fab Lab Frosinone participates in the Erasmus+ program with the international mobility project KA122-ADU 2024-1-IT02-KA122-ADU-000237731, aimed at strengthening digital skills, spreading maker culture, and promoting sustainability.

To date, we have already carried out two successful mobility activities:

MILL – Maker Little Lisbon: a job shadowing experience focused on wearables and digital fabrication applied to fashion. We explored projects integrating craftsmanship and technology, deepening our understanding of rapid prototyping techniques and innovative textile design.

Lisbon Polytechnic – POLITEC&ID: the focus was on recycled plastic transformation using solar energy and on the analysis of projects related to noise pollution. During the visit, we took part in practical demonstrations and in discussions with the researchers involved.

The project includes job shadowing activities and the co-creation of workshops, fostering collaboration among European organizations engaged in digital fabrication, the circular economy, and innovation.
